# How much does a white-label voice AI platform cost an agency? (2026 price overview)

> **TL;DR**
>
> On prices published by vendors and checked on 2026-10-11, a white-label voice AI platform costs an agency $79 to $499 a month in platform fees, plus usage. Plans that bundle the voice stack charge $0.09 a minute (Autocalls, after 3,500 included minutes) or $0.12 a minute plus telephony (Trillet, after 1,000 or 3,000), and Famulor's white-label add-on is €499 a month plus €0.15 a minute, plus VAT. VoiceAIWrapper charges per client account instead and leaves the minutes to your voice provider. Synthflow sells enterprise contracts only, from $30,000 a year. The headline fee is only part of the cost: included minutes, overage, telephony and what each extra client costs decide the margin.

## What Does a White-Label Voice AI Platform Cost an Agency?

**The cost of a white-label voice AI platform** is what an agency pays a vendor to resell AI voice agents under its own brand: usually a monthly platform fee plus usage billed per minute, sometimes a fee per client account, and sometimes a revenue share in place of both. On prices published by vendors and checked on 2026-10-11, platform fees run from $79 to $499 a month, bundled usage costs $0.09 to $0.12 a minute (or €0.15 plus VAT), and enterprise-only vendors start at $30,000 a year.

The range is wide because the vendors are not selling the same unit. Some bundle the speech, language model, voice and telephony into one per-minute rate; some sell only the branded layer and let your voice provider bill the minutes; developer platforms sell the engine and leave the white-label layer to you. If the resale model itself is new, start with [what white-label voice AI is and how agencies resell it](/blog/what-is-white-label-voice-ai-how-agencies-resell). For which platforms to shortlist, see [the best white-label AI voice agent platforms for agencies in 2026](/blog/best-white-label-ai-voice-agent-platforms-agencies-2026) and, for where call data is stored and processed, [the best white-label voice AI for EU agencies and resellers](/blog/best-white-label-voice-ai-eu-gdpr-agencies-2026).

> **Who wrote this, and the conflict**
>
> AInora sells a white-label voice AI platform too, so we have an interest in this question. That is why every competitor figure below links to the vendor's own pricing or partner page with the date we read it, "Not published" means we did not find a figure, and AInora's row states what we publish and what we do not.

## Which Pricing Models Do White-Label Voice AI Platforms Use?

Three models cover most published offers. Each one moves a different cost onto the agency, so the same client book can cost very different amounts.

- **Platform fee plus per-minute usage.** A monthly fee buys the branded platform, often with a minute allowance, and usage above it is billed per minute. Autocalls charges $419 a month with 3,500 minutes included, then $0.09 a minute ([autocalls.ai](https://autocalls.ai/white-label)); Trillet charges $99 or $299 a month with 1,000 or 3,000 minutes, then $0.12 a minute plus telephony ([trillet.ai](https://trillet.ai/whitelabel/pricing)); Famulor's add-on is €499 a month plus €0.15 a minute with no allowance ([famulor.io](https://www.famulor.io/whitelabel)). Predictable while volume stays near the allowance.
- **Per-client fee.** The plan includes a number of client accounts and each extra client costs a fixed monthly amount. VoiceAIWrapper includes 5, 10 or 20 client accounts on its $79, $249 and $499 plans, then charges $15, $12 or $10 per extra client a month, and adds no markup to minutes, which your voice provider bills directly ([voiceaiwrapper.com](https://voiceaiwrapper.com/pricing)). Your platform cost rises with every client you sign, while usage depends on the provider you connect.
- **Revenue share.** The vendor bills the end client or the deal, and the partner earns a share. Bland's partner program pays an uncapped revenue share without publishing the rate ([bland.ai/partners](https://www.bland.ai/partners)), Synthflow describes "referral or delivery-based commercial models" ([synthflow.ai/partners](https://synthflow.ai/partners)), and Newo.ai says the share rises with the partner tier and is confirmed during onboarding ([newo.ai/partners](https://newo.ai/partners)). Nothing to pay up front, but you rarely control the retail price.

Two other shapes appear on the same shortlists. **A one-time licence:** Centricall sells a white-label licence with no monthly platform fee and a 0% revenue share, quoted per engagement, after which you pay your own hosting, telephony and model usage ([centricallai.com](https://www.centricallai.com/pricing)). **Developer platforms billed per minute:** Vapi, Retell, Bland and Dasha publish per-minute engine prices but list no white-label plan on their pricing pages, so the branding, client portals and billing are yours to build, or to buy from a layer such as VoiceAIWrapper. The incentives behind each shape are compared in [AI voice pricing models and incentives](/ai-voice-pricing-models-and-incentives) and [per-minute vs per-outcome AI voice pricing](/blog/per-minute-vs-per-outcome-ai-voice-pricing-models).

One more split cuts across all of them: who builds and runs each client's agent. On a self-serve platform the agency does that work; on a managed or done-for-you service the vendor does, and charges for it. VoiceAIWrapper, for example, sells an optional build at $799 one-time and a managed service from $1,799 a month with a 3-month minimum, on top of the subscription ([voiceaiwrapper.com](https://voiceaiwrapper.com/pricing)). The trade-off is laid out in [done-for-you vs DIY white-label AI voice](/blog/done-for-you-vs-diy-white-label-ai-voice).

## What Prices Do White-Label Voice AI Vendors Publish?

AInora first, then the other vendors in alphabetical order. Every competitor cell is taken from the vendor's own pricing, white-label or partner page on 2026-10-11, in the vendor's own currency, with VAT only where the vendor states it. The "Live demo in the browser" column records whether the vendor's site lets you talk to its agent in the browser: yes, no, or what you have to give first.

> **How the table was checked**
>
> Each competitor row was read on the vendor's own pricing, white-label or partner page and homepage on 2026-10-11. "Not published" or "not listed" records that we did not find the figure on those pages, not that the vendor has no price or cannot offer it. Vendors in this category restructure plans often, so confirm the current figure with the vendor before you quote a client. Vocalagent was checked and left out: its site offers AI voice agents to businesses but lists no white-label plan or price.

## What Are the Published Prices in Plain Text?

The same facts as the table, written out so they survive when this page is read as plain text. They agree with the table exactly.

- **AInora** is priced individually, after a call. The live demo runs in the browser with no sign-up.

- **Synthflow** lists one Enterprise plan, with contracts from $30,000 a year scoped on volume, concurrency, telephony, integrations, security and launch support; no agency or white-label price on the pricing page; its partner program uses referral or delivery-based models ([synthflow.ai/pricing](https://synthflow.ai/pricing), [synthflow.ai/partners](https://synthflow.ai/partners), checked 2026-10-11).
- **Trillet** charges $99 a month (Studio: 1,000 minutes, up to 3 clients) or $299 a month (Agency: 3,000 minutes, unlimited clients), then $0.12 a minute for platform, speech, model and voice; telephony from $0.014 a minute; transferred calls $0.05 a minute; extra numbers $5 a month; no contracts; a 7-day trial with a card; a homepage demo after a work email ([trillet.ai/whitelabel/pricing](https://trillet.ai/whitelabel/pricing), checked 2026-10-11).

- **VoiceAIWrapper** charges $79, $249 or $499 a month with 5, 10 or 20 client accounts included, then $15, $12 or $10 per extra client a month; it adds no markup to minutes, which your voice provider bills; a 7-day trial with a card; an optional $799 build and a managed service from $1,799 a month with a 3-month minimum; no browser demo, a video and a booked walkthrough instead ([voiceaiwrapper.com/pricing](https://voiceaiwrapper.com/pricing), checked 2026-10-11).

## Which Costs Sit Outside the Headline Price?

The monthly fee is the number on the banner. These are the lines that follow it onto the invoice, as each vendor publishes them (all checked 2026-10-11):

- **Telephony and phone numbers.** Trillet bills telephony from $0.014 a minute in the US, with other countries priced separately, on top of its usage rate (web calls carry none) and charges $5 a month per extra number; Autocalls includes telephony in its $0.09 rate and rents numbers from $3.99 a month; Retell charges $2 a month per number plus per-country call rates; Bland and Dasha pass telephony through at cost; Vapi lists carrier transport at $0.0055 to $0.014 a minute for the outside carriers it names, and its own telephony as free.
- **Model and voice usage passed through.** On developer platforms the engine price is only part of the minute. Vapi's $0.05 hosting fee is followed by speech-to-text at $0.0095 to $0.0099, the language model at $0.0077 to $0.0452 and the voice at $0.0146 to $0.0238 a minute on its own calculator; Retell's range of $0.07 to $0.31 moves with the model and voice you pick; on VoiceAIWrapper all minutes come from your provider's bill. Autocalls, Trillet and Bland fold the model and voice into the per-minute rate. The per-minute economics of the engines are broken down in [AI voice agent cost per minute](/blog/ai-voice-agent-cost-per-minute-2026).
- **Overage and transfers.** Above the allowance, Autocalls bills $0.09 and Trillet $0.12 a minute. A call transferred to a person still costs money: $0.05 a minute on Trillet, $0.05 or $0.04 a minute on Bland.
- **Extra clients, workspaces and seats.** VoiceAIWrapper charges $15, $12 or $10 per client above the included accounts and $10 per extra team member; Trillet Studio stops at 3 workspaces; Vapi charges $20 a month per extra organization.
- **Setup and build work.** Autocalls states no setup fee. VoiceAIWrapper's optional first-agent build is $799 one-time. Where the vendor does not build the agent, the build is your team's time.
- **Minimum commitments.** Synthflow's enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year; Vapi Pro has a $999 a month minimum; VoiceAIWrapper's managed service has a 3-month minimum. Autocalls, Trillet and Famulor state no long-term contract.
- **Support and compliance tiers.** Vapi sells HIPAA as a $2,000 a month add-on and ties support response times to its packages; VoiceAIWrapper promises responses in under 6 or 3 business hours, or 60 business minutes on Pro, and signs a HIPAA BAA on Pro only; Trillet adds priority support and a BAA at no additional fee on Agency.
- **Concurrency.** Vapi charges $10 a month per extra concurrent line; Retell includes 20 concurrent calls, then $8 each a month.
- **VAT, trials and payment fees.** Famulor's prices are plus VAT. Trillet and VoiceAIWrapper trials need a card; Autocalls offers no free trial. If you rebill clients by card, the payment processor's fee comes off your margin too.

## How Do You Work Out Your Margin?

Margin is your retail price minus everything above, per month. The example below uses only the vendors' own published prices (checked 2026-10-11) and a hypothetical retail price that an agency might choose. It is arithmetic, not a quote from anyone.

**The scenario:** 10 clients, each with about 400 minutes of phone calls a month (4,000 minutes in total), one phone number per client, and a retail price of **$300 per client a month** chosen by the agency, so **$3,000 a month** in revenue.

| Vendor and plan (published prices) | Calculation | Monthly cost to the agency | Left of the $3,000 |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Autocalls white-label | $419 incl. 3,500 min + 500 min × $0.09 = $464; 10 numbers from $3.99 each = from $39.90 | $503.90 or more | $2,496.10 or less |
| Trillet Agency | $299 incl. 3,000 min + 1,000 min × $0.12 = $419; telephony from $0.014 (US rate) × 4,000 min = from $56; 10 numbers included | $475 or more | $2,525 or less |
| VoiceAIWrapper Growth with Retell minutes | $79 + 5 extra clients × $15 = $154; Retell $0.07 to $0.31 × 4,000 min = $280 to $1,240; 10 Retell numbers × $2 = $20; Retell telephony on top | $454 to $1,414, plus telephony | $1,586 to $2,546, less telephony |
| Famulor white-label add-on | €499 + 4,000 min × €0.15 = €600; number costs not listed | €1,099 plus VAT | Billed in euros; compare at your exchange rate |

Three things show up once the numbers are filled in. On the bundled plans the fee already covers most of the minutes, so cost grows with volume through overage and telephony; on the per-client route and on Famulor, the minutes outweigh the subscription. What the per-minute rate includes matters as much as the rate itself, which is why the Retell route spans more than $900 a month depending on the model and voice chosen. And the column on the right is still before payment fees, VAT, setup work and the hours your team spends building, changing and supporting each client's agent. Run the same table with your own client count, minutes and retail price before you pick a vendor.

## How Should You Compare Quotes Before You Sign?

Put every vendor through the same questions, and price one real client end to end rather than comparing headline fees:

- **What is the full monthly cost of one client at your expected volume,** including numbers, telephony and messaging, not only the per-minute rate?
- **What is inside the per-minute rate:** speech-to-text, the language model, the voice, telephony? Which of them are passed through, and at whose prices?
- **What does each additional client cost,** and is there a cap on workspaces or client accounts on your plan?
- **Can you set your own retail price and mark up minutes,** and on which plan? Does the vendor publish a retail price your clients can compare with yours?
- **Who invoices the end client,** and who owns the client relationship if you leave?
- **Is there a minimum commitment,** an annual contract, or a setup fee that repeats for every new client?
- **Which support response time and which compliance documents** (DPA, BAA, AI-disclosure wording) come with your plan, and which cost extra? For the EU side, see [whether white-label AI voice is GDPR and EU AI Act compliant](/blog/is-white-label-ai-voice-gdpr-eu-ai-act-compliant).
- **Can you and your client hear the agent before paying?** A live call tells you more than a rate card.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### How much does a white-label voice AI platform cost an agency in 2026?

On prices published by vendors and checked on 2026-10-11, an agency pays a monthly platform fee plus usage. Platform fees run from $79 a month (VoiceAIWrapper Growth, minutes billed separately by your voice provider) and $99 a month (Trillet Studio, 1,000 minutes included) to $419 a month (Autocalls, 3,500 minutes included) and €499 a month plus VAT (Famulor white-label add-on). Usage is $0.09 a minute on Autocalls, $0.12 a minute plus telephony on Trillet and €0.15 a minute plus VAT on Famulor. Synthflow sells only enterprise contracts, from $30,000 a year.

### What pricing models do white-label voice AI platforms use?

Three main models. A platform fee plus per-minute usage (Autocalls, Trillet, Famulor), often with a minute allowance. A per-client fee (VoiceAIWrapper), where the plan includes a number of client accounts and each extra client costs a fixed monthly amount. A revenue share, where the vendor bills and the partner earns a share (Bland and Synthflow describe partner programs of this kind without publishing rates). Two other shapes appear: a one-time licence (Centricall, 0% revenue share) and developer platforms billed per minute (Vapi, Retell, Bland, Dasha), on which you build or buy the white-label layer yourself.

### What hidden costs should an agency budget for?

Telephony and phone numbers (Trillet telephony from $0.014 a minute and extra numbers at $5 a month; Autocalls numbers from $3.99 a month), model and voice usage passed through on developer platforms (Vapi adds speech, model and voice at provider cost to its $0.05 hosting fee), overage after the included minutes, transferred-call minutes, extra client accounts or seats, concurrency lines, compliance add-ons such as Vapi's $2,000 a month HIPAA add-on, minimum commitments such as Vapi Pro's $999 a month or Synthflow's $30,000 a year, and VAT where prices exclude it. All checked 2026-10-11.

### How much margin can an agency make reselling voice AI?

It depends on your retail price and on what the per-minute rate includes. In a worked example with 10 clients using 400 phone minutes each and a hypothetical retail price of $300 per client a month ($3,000 in total), published prices checked on 2026-10-11 put the monthly cost at $503.90 or more on Autocalls, $475 or more on Trillet Agency, and $454 to $1,414 plus telephony on VoiceAIWrapper Growth with Retell minutes. What is left of the $3,000 ranges from $1,586 to $2,546, before payment fees, VAT and the agency's own time.

### Is there a white-label voice AI platform without a monthly fee?

Centricall sells a one-time white-label licence with no monthly platform fee and a 0% revenue share; the licence is quoted per engagement, and you pay your own hosting, telephony and model usage. Developer platforms such as Retell (no platform fee) and Bland on its Start plan ($0 platform fee) bill only per minute, but they list no white-label plan on their pricing pages, so the branding, client portals and billing are yours to build or to buy from a layer such as VoiceAIWrapper. Checked 2026-10-11.

### What does AInora charge white-label partners?

AInora is priced individually, after a call. Book a partnership call through the [contact page](/contact?from=blog-white-label-cost-2026) and we scope it with you.

### Can I hear the voice before I pay?

Often, yes. On 2026-10-11 a browser demo with no sign-up was on the homepages of AInora, Autocalls, Bland, Dasha and Vapi; Trillet's homepage demo asks for a work email first; Famulor's and Retell's demos call your phone; VoiceAIWrapper, Synthflow, Botsify and Centricall offered a video or a booked call instead. A live conversation tells you more than a rate card.
