# Run your calls from your own AI.

The AInora MCP is a connector that lets your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, work with your AInora voice agents. It reads your calls, transcripts, leads and messages, updates the knowledge base and prepares callback campaigns, through an API key that only reaches your own account.

The calls themselves are handled by your AInora voice agent, which serves more clients with the same team: it takes the calls and follow-ups your team cannot get to and does the work in your CRM. The MCP is how you, or your own AI, ask about that work and steer it in plain words.

## What does it look like in practice?

Two examples, as they run in your own assistant:

- **In Claude:** "Which leads from this week are still waiting for a callback?" The MCP reads the week's calls and leads, lists the callbacks nobody made (who, what they asked for, how long they have waited), and on "Call all six back today from 14:00" creates a callback campaign. It dials only once the campaign is armed, and results land in your dashboard.
- **In ChatGPT:** "What did callers ask this week that the assistant couldn't answer?" The MCP reads the call summaries and lists the questions left without an answer. On "Add the answers", it adds them to the knowledge base, and from the next call the agent answers them itself.
