Sell voice agents your team does not have to build.

Trillet is an Australian-owned, self-serve white-label voice AI platform for agencies: Studio at $99 a month with 1,000 minutes and up to 3 client workspaces, or Agency at $299 a month with 3,000 minutes, unlimited workspaces and your own domain, then $0.12 a minute plus telephony. Your team builds and runs each client's agents. AInora is the managed alternative: AInora builds and operates the agents, and your agency sells them under its own brand, with data stored on servers in Germany and Finland (full-EU setup on request). White-label comparison for agencies · Published 11 October 2026 · Trillet facts checked on trillet.ai, 11 October 2026

What Is Trillet and Who Is It For?

Trillet is an Australian-owned voice AI platform whose white-label product lets agencies sell AI reception, booking and follow-up under their own brand. Its homepage leads with voice AI agents for high-stakes conversations, and its white-label page points agencies at home services, real estate and local businesses. Trillet states 32 languages.

It fits an agency that wants to launch quickly at a low, published cost and run the agents itself, with every client in its own workspace. This page looks at it from that agency angle. For the developer platforms in the same market, see Synthflow vs Vapi vs Retell.

What Does the Trillet White-Label Platform Include and Cost?

The Trillet white-label page sums it up as brand it, build it, bill it: add your logo, colours and domain so clients log in to your product; paste a client's website and Trillet builds a trained agent from it; connect Stripe, set your own per-minute price and keep the margin. Every plan includes a client management dashboard, platform API access and a web call and chat widget.

On the pricing page (checked 11 October 2026), Studio is $99 a month with 1,000 minutes, up to 3 workspaces and white-label branding on a Trillet-hosted address, and Agency is $299 a month with 3,000 minutes, unlimited workspaces, a custom domain, branded emails and your own minute markup. After the included minutes, AI conversations cost $0.12 a minute, telephony starts at $0.014 a minute and extra numbers are $5 a month. Both plans start with a 7-day free trial that needs a card; Enterprise is priced on request. AInora is priced individually, after a call.

Does Trillet Build and Run the Agents, or Does Your Agency?

Your agency does. Trillet lists its white-label platform among its self-serve products: you configure, test and launch each client agent from your agency dashboard, helped by playbooks, templates, coaching and a partner community. White-glove onboarding and a dedicated customer success manager come with Enterprise, and Trillet offers to co-deliver larger deployments.

AInora works the other way round. It is a managed white-label voice AI service: AInora scopes, builds and operates each deployment, and your agency sells it under its own brand with sub-accounts, a branded client dashboard, a partner API and a custom domain. Your client gets capacity: the agent takes the calls and callbacks their team cannot get to, does the work in their CRM and hands people only what needs them, so they serve more customers with the same team.

Where Does Trillet Host Data, and What Is the EU Option?

Trillet is Australian owned and states Australian data residency for recordings, transcripts and backups for clients who need it, with on-premise and private cloud options for enterprise clients. Its pricing table lists data sovereignty and residency controls on Enterprise only, and we did not find an EU hosting option on its white-label and pricing pages. It cites SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 security evidence and a per-agent HIPAA mode.

AInora stores data on servers in Germany and Finland. In the standard setup, calls are processed in the EU and the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; a full-EU setup is available on request, and regulated clients get a DPA. Every agent discloses that it is an AI in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, and outbound rules are mapped country by country. The details are on the security page.

Trillet Pros and Cons for Agencies

Pros

  • A low, published entry point: Studio at $99 a month with 1,000 minutes, Agency at $299 with 3,000, then $0.12 a minute.
  • A 7-day free trial on both plans, billed monthly with no contracts.
  • Fast agent creation: paste a client's website and Trillet builds a trained agent from it.
  • Each client in its own workspace, with Stripe billing, a client dashboard and platform API access.
  • A live browser demo on its homepage, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 evidence, and Australian data residency for clients who need it.

Cons

  • Self-serve: your team configures, tests and maintains every client agent.
  • Studio is capped at 3 workspaces on a Trillet-hosted address; your own domain and minute markup need Agency.
  • No EU hosting option stated on its white-label and pricing pages; residency controls are Enterprise only.
  • Telephony is billed on top of the per-minute AI rate.
  • No cold outbound to purchased lists, and high-volume campaigns may need your own numbers and compliance setup.

Where Is Trillet the Better Choice Than AInora?

Trillet is the better choice if your agency wants to start small at a known cost: a $99 plan, a free trial, agents built from a client's website, and no sales call. It suits agencies with clients in Australia that need data kept onshore, and it is the cheaper route for an agency that is ready to build and maintain agents itself.

AInora is not built for that. It has no self-serve sign-up and no free trial, its price is set individually after a call, a short scoping call comes first, and a deployment takes about two weeks from kickoff to live. If you want to assemble every agent yourself, a builder platform is the better category.

Who Should Use Trillet, and Who Should Consider AInora?

Choose Trillet if you want a low-cost, self-serve white-label platform for reception, booking and follow-up, have people who will build and look after the agents, and sell mainly to clients where Australian residency or no particular data location is fine.

Consider AInora if you would rather sell voice agents than build them, and your clients are in Europe: AInora builds and operates each deployment, you keep the brand and the client relationship, and your clients' data is stored on servers in Germany and Finland (full-EU setup on request) with AI Act disclosure, 90+ languages and outbound as well as inbound. Start with the partner program or the 14 questions to ask any white-label provider.

Where AInora Differs From Trillet

Built and run for you, not by your team

Trillet gives your agency a dashboard to configure, test and launch each client agent yourself. AInora scopes, builds and operates each deployment, and your agency sells it under its own brand.

EU storage, full-EU on request

Trillet states Australian data residency and puts residency controls on its Enterprise plan; we found no EU option on its white-label pages. AInora stores data on servers in Germany and Finland; in the standard setup calls are processed in the EU and the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, and a full-EU setup is available on request, on a GDPR basis for every partner, with a DPA for regulated clients.

Outbound, disclosed country by country

Trillet supports callbacks, reminders, follow-ups and batch outbound, not cold outbound to purchased lists. AInora runs inbound and outbound in one system, including disclosed B2B cold calling on a per-country legal footing, with opt-outs honoured on the call.

90+ languages, switching mid-call

Trillet states 32 languages. AInora agents work in 90+ languages, and a caller can start in one language and change to another inside the same conversation, which matters for mixed-language European markets.

The work lands in the client CRM

The agent books, creates the contact and the deal, moves the stage and hands people only what needs them, with a briefing. Your client serves more customers with the same team, under your brand.

Your brand on top

Sub-accounts, a branded client dashboard, a partner API with webhooks and a custom domain. You own the brand and the client relationship; the commercial model is agreed individually with each partner, and AInora stays behind the scenes.

We did not find an EU hosting option on its white-label and pricing pages (checked 11 October 2026). What is the best Trillet white-label alternative for agencies in Europe?
It depends on who you want to build the agents and where your clients are. If your agency wants a low-cost self-serve platform it runs itself, Trillet is a strong choice. If you would rather sell voice agents that someone else builds and runs, with data stored on servers in Germany and Finland (full-EU setup on request), with AI Act disclosure on every call and 90+ languages, AInora is built for that.
Does AInora publish partner pricing?
No. AInora is priced individually, after a call: the terms depend on your volume, markets and channels. There is no self-serve sign-up or free trial, and a short scoping call comes first.
