Vapi White-Label Review & European Alternative for Agencies (2026)

Compared on white-label features, who runs the agents, the EU region, live browser demos.

Sell voice agents your team does not have to build.

Vapi has no white-label plan of its own. It is a US developer platform for voice agents, with a hosting fee of $0.05 a minute plus provider costs, and its docs point agencies to third-party white-label platforms such as Vapify and VoiceAIWrapper. Its EU region is available only with the Premier package. AInora is the managed European alternative: AInora builds and operates the agents, and your agency sells them under its own brand, with data stored on servers in Germany and Finland (full-EU setup on request). Try the AInora demo above in your browser, no sign-up.

White-label comparison for agencies · Published 11 October 2026 · Vapi facts checked on vapi.ai and docs.vapi.ai, 11 October 2026

What Is Vapi and Who Is It For?

Vapi is a US developer platform for building voice agents through an API and dashboard. Its homepage calls it "voice agents for builders", and its pricing page sums up the deal: you own and operate your agents, models and data. You choose the transcriber, the language model and the voice, connect telephony, and run inbound calls, outbound calls and outbound campaigns yourself.

It fits an agency or product team with developers who want to pick every component. This page looks at it from the white-label angle. For the platform view, see AInora vs Vapi and Synthflow vs Vapi vs Retell.

Is Vapi White-Label?

Not on its own. The Vapi pricing page (checked 11 October 2026) does not mention a white-label plan, reseller pricing, client sub-accounts or a custom domain. Vapi's partner program is for consultancies, systems integrators and agencies that design conversational flows and integrate Vapi for their clients.

The white label comes from third parties. Vapi's docs list white-label platforms built on it: they describe Vapify as "a white-label platform for Vapi that simplifies how agencies sell and deliver Vapi-powered voice AI solutions", with your logo, domain and email and your own pricing and markup, and they list VoiceAIWrapper and Voicerr AI as well. Inside Vapi, client work can be kept apart in organizations: 2 are included without a package or on Core, 10 on Pro, and extra ones are $20 a month each.

What Does Vapi Cost an Agency?

On the pricing page (checked 11 October 2026), Vapi hosting is $0.05 a minute, pre-paid, and the transcriber, model and voice providers are passed through at cost with no markup. Vapi telephony and SIP are free; Twilio is listed at $0.008 a minute inbound and $0.014 outbound. Packages: Core at $29 a month, Pro at 10% of the hosting fee with a $999 monthly minimum, and Premier, priced through sales. New accounts get $5 in free credits.

For an agency, that is the usage cost only. The white-label platform on top, the time your team spends building and maintaining each client's agents, and any minute markup you add are separate. The per-minute maths across Vapi, Retell and others is in AI voice agent cost per minute (2026). AInora is priced individually, after a call.

Does Vapi Have an EU Region, and What Does It Take?

Yes, with a condition. Vapi's EU region "lets you build and run voice agents hosted in the European Union" as a separate, isolated environment with its own dashboard, API and SIP host, but it "is available only with the Premier Success Package", which is sold directly. Vapi's GDPR page says personal data is sometimes transferred outside the EU, primarily to the United States.

AInora stores data on servers in Germany and Finland. In the standard setup, calls are processed in the EU and the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; a full-EU setup is available on request, and regulated clients get a DPA. Every agent discloses that it is an AI in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, and outbound rules are mapped country by country. The details are on the security page.

Vapi Pros and Cons for Agencies

Pros

  • A published, low hosting fee of $0.05 a minute, with model and voice providers passed through at cost and $5 in free credits.
  • Full control: you choose the transcriber, the model, the voice and the telephony for every assistant.
  • Inbound calls, outbound calls and outbound campaigns from one API, with free Vapi telephony and SIP.
  • Several third-party white-label platforms are already built on Vapi and listed in its docs.
  • A live browser demo on its homepage, and an EU region for teams on the Premier package.

Cons

  • No white-label plan of its own: your brand, client logins and rebilling need a third-party platform on top.
  • Your team builds, tests and maintains every client agent and chooses every provider.
  • The EU region needs the Premier package, sold directly; otherwise data is transferred mainly to the US.
  • The total per-minute cost depends on the providers you pick, and Pro has a $999 monthly minimum.
  • Only 2 organizations are included without a package or on Core; extra ones are $20 a month each.

Where Is Vapi the Better Choice Than AInora?

Vapi is the better choice if your agency has developers who want to choose every component and control every call flow through an API. It suits teams that want to start today on a low published hosting fee with free credits and no sales call, teams that already pay for their own model and voice providers, and agencies building something unusual that a managed service would not offer.

AInora is not built for that. It has no self-serve sign-up and no free trial, its price is set individually after a call, a short scoping call comes first, and a deployment takes about two weeks from kickoff to live. If you want to assemble every agent yourself, a developer platform is the better category.

Who Should Use Vapi, and Who Should Consider AInora?

Choose Vapi if you have people who will build and look after the agents, you are happy to add a white-label platform for branding and rebilling, and either your clients accept US processing or you are ready for the Premier package to use the EU region.

Consider AInora if you are looking for a European alternative to Vapi and would rather sell voice agents than build them: AInora builds and operates each deployment, white label is included, you keep the brand and the client relationship, and your clients' data is stored on servers in Germany and Finland (full-EU setup on request) with AI Act disclosure, 90+ languages and outbound as well as inbound. Start with the partner program or the 14 questions to ask any white-label provider.

Where AInora Differs From Vapi

Built and run for you, not by your team

Vapi says it plainly: you own and operate your agents, models and data. AInora scopes, builds and operates each deployment, and your agency sells it under its own brand.

White label included, no extra layer

Vapi has no white-label plan; its docs point agencies to third-party platforms such as Vapify and VoiceAIWrapper. With AInora, sub-accounts, a branded client dashboard, a partner API and a custom domain are part of the service.

EU storage, full-EU on request

Vapi's EU region is available only with its Premier package, priced through sales. AInora stores data on servers in Germany and Finland; in the standard setup calls are processed in the EU and the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, and a full-EU setup is available on request.

Outbound, disclosed country by country

Vapi gives you outbound calling and campaigns; the call flows and the legal footing in each country are yours to build. AInora runs inbound and outbound in one system, including disclosed B2B cold calling on a per-country legal footing, with opt-outs honoured on the call.

90+ languages, switching mid-call

On Vapi, the languages depend on the transcriber and voice providers you pick for each assistant. AInora agents work in 90+ languages, and a caller can start in one language and change to another inside the same conversation.

The work lands in the client CRM

The agent books, creates the contact and the deal, moves the stage and hands people only what needs them, with a briefing. Your client serves more customers with the same team, under your brand.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Vapi?
Vapi (vapi.ai) is a US developer platform for building voice agents through an API and dashboard: "voice agents for builders". You choose the transcriber, model and voice providers, connect telephony, and run the agents yourself. Vapi charges a hosting fee per minute and passes model costs through at cost.
Is Vapi white-label?
No, not on its own. Vapi's pricing page (checked 11 October 2026) does not mention a white-label plan, reseller pricing, client sub-accounts or a custom domain, and its partner program describes solution partners who design and integrate Vapi for clients. Vapi's docs list third-party white-label platforms built on Vapi, such as Vapify, VoiceAIWrapper and Voicerr AI.
Can an agency resell Vapi under its own brand?
Yes, with a third-party layer. Vapi's docs describe Vapify as "a white-label platform for Vapi that simplifies how agencies sell and deliver Vapi-powered voice AI solutions", with your logo, domain and email and your own pricing and markup, and VoiceAIWrapper as a white-label platform built for Vapi agencies. Inside Vapi, clients can be kept apart in organizations: 2 are included without a package or on Core, 10 on Pro, and extra ones are $20 a month each.
How much does Vapi cost?
Vapi lists a pre-paid hosting fee of $0.05 a minute, with transcriber, model and voice providers passed through at cost; Vapi telephony and SIP are free, and Twilio is $0.008 a minute inbound and $0.014 outbound. Is Vapi hosted in the EU?
Vapi has an EU region, a separate environment where assistants, tools and phone numbers live in the European Union, but its docs state it "is available only with the Premier Success Package". Its GDPR page says personal data is sometimes transferred outside the EU, primarily to the United States. AInora stores data on servers in Germany and Finland; in the standard setup calls are processed in the EU and the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, and a full-EU setup is available on request.
Can I test Vapi and AInora live in the browser?
Yes, both. Vapi's homepage has a demo widget with support, lead qualification and appointment scenarios that you start in the browser, with microphone access. The AInora demo runs in the browser at the top of this page and on the homepage, with no sign-up.
What is the best European alternative to Vapi for white-label voice agents?
It depends on who you want to build the agents. If your agency has developers who want to choose every provider and run the agents themselves, Vapi plus a white-label layer is a strong setup. If you would rather sell voice agents that someone else builds and runs, with white label included, data stored on servers in Germany and Finland (full-EU setup on request), AI Act disclosure on every call and 90+ languages, AInora is built for that.
Does AInora publish partner pricing?
No. AInora is priced individually, after a call. Sell it under your own brand; the commercial model is agreed individually with each partner. There is no self-serve sign-up or free trial, and a short scoping call comes first.
