Younea White-Label Review & Best Alternative for Agencies (2026)
Compared on who runs the agents, voice vs chat, published prices, live browser demos.
Sell voice agents your team does not have to build.
Younea is a Luxembourg-based white-label AI platform, LuxAIaaS, for agencies, IT providers and consultants: chat, WhatsApp and phone agents under your own brand and domain, hosted in Germany, with chat included as standard and voice as an optional add-on. Partner pricing is not published; a one-month test account costs €99. Younea runs the platform and your team builds and sells the agents. AInora is the managed voice alternative: AInora builds and operates the agents, and your agency sells them under its own brand, with data stored on servers in Germany and Finland (full-EU setup on request). What Is Younea and Who Is It For?
Younea is a white-label AI platform company, younea S.à r.l. in Wasserbillig, Luxembourg, whose platform LuxAIaaS lets partners sell chat, WhatsApp and phone agents under their own brand. Younea calls it a fully managed white-label AI agent platform, says it is live in more than 10 countries, and counts more than 25 white-label partners across Europe.
Its partner program is written for agencies, IT service providers and system integrators, consultants and freelancers who already have clients they want to offer AI to. This page looks at it from that agency angle, for partners whose main product is voice calls. If you are new to the model, start with what a white-label voice AI is and how agencies resell it.
What Does the Younea Partner Program Include and Cost?
Younea offers two models on its homepage: a reseller setup, shared or on a subdomain with co-branded or lightly branded experience, and your own white-label platform with your brand, logo and custom domain. The LuxAIaaS page lists multi-client management from one dashboard, built-in billing, wallets, usage limits and invoices per client, API integrations with CRM, ERP and calendars, and templates for new bots. On the partner page, chat is included as standard and voice can be added as an optional add-on.
Partner pricing is not published. Younea says it depends on the model you choose and is tailored to client volume, business model and deployment requirements; you apply through a three-step form and book a partner check. It does publish a one-month test account at €99 one-time for voice and chat, with €99 starting credit, or €44 for chat only (checked 11 October 2026). AInora is also priced individually, after a call.
Does Younea Build and Run the Agents, or Does Your Agency?
The work is split. Younea sets up your platform and handles hosting, security, updates and maintenance, with onboarding and training; most partners go live in about two weeks, by its own account. You customise branding and offers, build the agents from templates and onboard your clients. Its FAQ also mentions custom builds for specific client needs.
AInora takes the agent work as well. It is a managed white-label voice AI service: AInora scopes, builds and operates each deployment, and your agency sells it under its own brand with sub-accounts, a branded client dashboard, a partner API and a custom domain. Your client gets capacity: the agent takes the calls and callbacks their team cannot get to, does the work in their CRM and hands people only what needs them, so they serve more customers with the same team.
Where Does Younea Host Data, and How Does AInora Compare?
Younea is an EU option on data. Its partner page says the platform is hosted in Germany and is GDPR and EU AI Act compliant, and its FAQ says LuxAIaaS is hosted in the European Union. For an EU agency, both Younea and AInora store data inside the EU.
AInora stores data on servers in Germany and Finland. In the standard setup, calls are processed in the EU and the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; a full-EU setup is available on request, and regulated clients get a DPA. Every agent discloses that it is an AI in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, and outbound rules are mapped country by country. The difference is less about where the data sits and more about who builds the agents and whether voice is the product or an add-on.

Younea Pros and Cons for Agencies
Pros
- A European company with the platform hosted in Germany, and GDPR and EU AI Act compliance stated up front.
- Younea sets up and maintains the platform, handles hosting, security and updates, and trains your team.
- Two partner models: a lighter reseller setup or your own fully branded platform on your own domain.
- Chat, WhatsApp and phone agents with multi-client management, billing, wallets and usage limits in one place.
- A one-month test account (€99, with €99 starting credit) to try the platform before committing.
Cons
- Partner pricing is not published, so the cost is only known after an application and a call.
- Chat is the standard package; voice is an optional add-on.
- No free browser demo found: trying the voice agent means buying a test account.
- Your team still builds the agents from templates and onboards each client.
- Languages are described as multilingual, with no published count or list.
Where Is Younea the Better Choice Than AInora?
Younea is the better choice if your agency sells chat and WhatsApp as much as phone calls and wants one EU-hosted platform for all of them, with Younea maintaining the platform and training your team while you build the agents. Its paid test account also lets you work inside the platform for a month before you commit.
AInora is narrower. It is a voice agent service, it has no self-serve sign-up and no free tier, its price is set individually after a call, a short scoping call comes first, and a deployment takes about two weeks from kickoff to live. If you want to assemble every agent yourself, a builder platform is the better category, and AInora is not the cheapest route for that.
Who Should Use Younea, and Who Should Consider AInora?
Choose Younea if you are an agency, IT provider or consultant that wants an EU-hosted, multi-channel AI platform under your brand, with chat at the centre, and you have people who will build and look after the agents.
Consider AInora if phone calls are what your clients need most and you would rather sell voice agents than build them: AInora builds and operates each deployment, you keep the brand and the client relationship, and your clients get inbound and outbound calls, with data stored on servers in Germany and Finland (full-EU setup on request), with AI Act disclosure and 90+ languages. Start with the partner program, white-label voice AI for MSPs and IT providers or for consultants and introducers.
Where AInora Differs From Younea
Built and run for you, not by your team
Younea sets up and maintains the platform, and your team builds the agents from templates and onboards each client. AInora scopes, builds and operates each voice deployment, and your agency sells it under its own brand.
Voice is the product, not an add-on
At Younea, chat is the standard package and voice is an optional add-on. AInora is a voice agent service first: inbound and outbound calls, with the work done in the client CRM during the call.
Outbound, disclosed country by country
Every AInora agent says it is an AI in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Outbound runs in the same system, with B2B cold calling on a per-country legal footing and opt-outs honoured on the call.
90+ languages, switching mid-call
Younea describes its agents as multilingual without a published count. AInora agents work in 90+ languages, and a caller can start in one language and change to another inside the same conversation.
A free demo in the browser
On Younea's site, trying the voice agent yourself means buying a one-month test account. The AInora demo runs in the browser on this page and on the homepage, with no sign-up, so you can hear it before any call.
Your brand on top
Sub-accounts, a branded client dashboard, a partner API with webhooks and a custom domain. You own the brand and the client relationship; the commercial model is agreed individually with each partner, and AInora stays behind the scenes.
