Best White-Label AI Voice Agent Platforms for Agencies (2026)
TL;DR (updated October 2026)
Twelve platforms let an agency sell AI voice agents to its clients in 2026, and they split three ways. Self-serve white-label platforms (Autocalls, Famulor, HighLevel, Stammer AI, Trillet) publish plans from $97 to €499 a month, and you build the agents yourself. Branding layers and developer platforms (VoiceAIWrapper, Vapi, Retell AI, Bland) are cheaper to start but leave the build, the support and often the branding to you. Managed platforms (AInora, Younea, and Synthflow at enterprise scale) build and run the agents behind your brand. Every competitor price below was read on the vendor's own site on 11 October 2026 and is linked. AInora is listed first because we wrote this guide; the rest are in alphabetical order, not ranked.
What Is a White-Label AI Voice Agent Platform?
A white-label AI voice agent platform is software an agency resells to its own clients under its own brand: the agency's logo, domain, dashboard and prices, while the platform runs the voice engine, the phone lines and the infrastructure. The client buys from the agency, and the agents answer and place calls for that client's business, so the client serves more callers with the same team. If the model is new to you, start with what white-label voice AI is and how agencies resell it.
Agencies compare these platforms on eight things, and the table below has a column for each: the monthly platform fee, the per-minute rate, client sub-accounts, a custom domain, EU hosting, the languages the agents speak, whether the platform builds the agents for you (managed) or you build them (DIY), and outbound calling. We added a ninth: whether you can talk to the vendor's agent in your browser without signing up, because hearing an agent in your client's language tells you more than any feature list. For the EU shortlist, with where call data is stored and processed as the first filter, see our best white-label voice AI for EU agencies and resellers. Which White-Label AI Voice Agent Platforms Can Agencies Resell in 2026?
These are the twelve platforms that come up when agencies ask which white-label voice AI to resell. Some are full white-label platforms; Vapi, Retell AI and Bland are developer platforms that agencies build on and brand through a separate layer, and we say so in each entry. Every fact about another vendor comes from its own site, with the check date.

How Do the Platforms Compare on Price, White-Label Depth and Languages?
The same twelve platforms side by side. Prices are in US dollars unless a vendor publishes in euros, exactly as each vendor prints them. “Not stated” means we did not find the fact on the vendor's pages on 11 October 2026, not that the vendor cannot do it. Each row links to the page the figures come from.

What Does Each Platform Publish?
What each vendor says on its own site, with the strong points and the trade-offs an agency should weigh. Read on 11 October 2026 unless noted.
AInora
AInora (AINORA, MB, Vilnius, Lithuania) is a managed white-label platform. Partners resell under their own brand, domain and dashboard, with a separate sub-account for every client and a partner API with webhooks. AInora builds, tunes and monitors the agents and handles platform support; the partner owns the client relationship. The agents answer inbound calls and run outbound work such as appointment setting, follow-up and database reactivation, speak 90+ languages including German, Polish, Italian and Lithuanian, and switch language mid-call (languages for partners). Data is stored on servers in Germany and Finland. Calls are processed in the EU and the US under GDPR; the US part is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The full subprocessor list is in the DPA. Every agent tells the caller it is an AI, as EU AI Act Article 50 requires (security). Strong points: you do not build or support agents yourself, a documented GDPR position, many languages. Trade-offs: no published price and no self-serve sign-up, so you talk to us before you get a price. If you want to assemble every agent yourself from an API and a per-minute meter, a developer platform below fits better. You can talk to the agent in your browser on this site, no sign-up (live demo).
Autocalls
Autocalls is a no-code platform for inbound and outbound AI phone agents. Its Agency White Label plan is $419 a month with 3,500 minutes included and $0.09 per extra minute, with unlimited client sub-accounts that have their own logins, your own domain, and billing through your own Stripe account; the Agency plan without a client-facing brand is $249 a month with 1,700 minutes. Its security page lists 100% EU routing as an option, next to US routing. It claims 100+ languages, and its language list includes German, Polish, Italian and Lithuanian. The demo is a live call to your phone, no account needed. Strong points: one all-in per-minute rate, deep white-label (rebilling, client portal), WhatsApp and web chat alongside voice. Trade-offs: you build, test and support each client's agent yourself. See also AInora vs Autocalls and the Autocalls white-label alternative.
Bland
Bland runs voice agents on its own infrastructure, inbound and outbound. Start has a $0 platform fee and $0.14 a minute; Build has a $299 monthly platform fee and $0.12 a minute; Enterprise is contracted to volume and is the plan that lists data residency. The per-minute rate covers the language model, transcription and voices, and telephony is billed separately. Its partners page lists reseller, technology and implementation partners with commission, and does not mention rebranding, client sub-accounts or a custom domain. Bland says it supports 40+ languages and that agents can switch language mid-call. You can talk to an agent in the browser on its homepage. Strong points: a simple rate that includes the model, a browser demo. Trade-offs: a reseller arrangement rather than a white-label dashboard. Compare: AInora vs Bland.
Famulor
Famulor (BEK Service GmbH, Kempten, Germany) sells a White-Label add-on at €499 a month plus €0.15 a minute, which drops to as low as €0.05 a minute at high volume (from 300,000 minutes), all plus VAT. It includes sub-accounts, web app branding and a custom domain, and the page lists EU and US AI data regions. Its pricing page lists premium voices in 120 languages, and its supported-languages page lists German, Polish, Italian and Lithuanian. It is a no-code builder covering inbound calls, outbound campaigns and WhatsApp. The demo asks for your details and its AI calls you. Strong points: an EU company with an EU data region and published euro prices with volume tiers. Trade-offs: €499 a month before the first client minute, and the agents are yours to build.
HighLevel
HighLevel is a CRM and marketing platform that agencies resell in SaaS mode, with voice AI as one feature. Starter is $97 a month with 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited is $297 with unlimited sub-accounts, and Agency Pro is $497 with SaaS mode and automated sub-account creation. Voice AI is billed on usage, and the AI Employee add-on is $50 or $97 per sub-account a month. You can connect custom domains and white-label the desktop web app. The pricing page states no EU hosting and no language count; there is a 14-day free trial and no browser voice demo that we found. Strong points: if you already resell HighLevel, voice sits inside the CRM you sell. Trade-offs: per-sub-account AI fees stack on top of the platform fee. More in our HighLevel AI Employee review.
Retell AI
Retell AI is a developer platform: pay as you go at $0.07 to $0.31 a minute with no platform fee and $10 in free credits; Enterprise is custom. Its Partner Program is for agencies and developers who build on Retell (directory listing, leads, priority support) and does not mention white-label or rebranding. Its compliance docs say “we do not currently operate services within the European Union” and offer a DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses. It publishes pages for German, Polish, Italian and Lithuanian voice agents. The homepage demo calls your phone. Strong points: low entry cost, deep developer tooling, outbound campaigns. Trade-offs: no EU operation, and you build and support every agent. See AInora vs Retell AI.
Stammer AI
Stammer AI is chat-first with voice agents. Pro (White Label) is $99 a month with 5 chat and 5 voice agents, your own domain, logo and colours, and sub-account wallets your clients pay into; voice calls cost $0.11 to $0.17 a minute depending on the model. The site says “Made in USA” and “GDPR Compliant” but states no EU hosting or language count on the pricing page. There is a 14-day trial with a card and no browser voice demo that we found. Strong points: a low fixed fee and your own model keys. Trade-offs: voice is the second product. See the Stammer white-label alternative.
Synthflow
Synthflow now lists a single plan on its pricing page: “Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually”, scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony, integrations, security and launch support, with implementation and onboarding included. No self-serve agency plan is listed. Its docs list an EU cluster with storage and compute in the EU. The homepage has recorded demo samples and a sales demo. Strong points: enterprise implementation and an EU cluster. Trade-offs: the annual minimum. See AInora vs Synthflow and the Synthflow white-label alternative.
Trillet
Trillet (Australian-owned) has Studio at $99 a month with 1,000 minutes, up to 3 client workspaces and white-label branding on a Trillet-hosted address, and Agency at $299 a month with 3,000 minutes, unlimited workspaces and a custom domain. AI conversations are $0.12 a minute after the included minutes, and telephony is separate, from $0.014 a minute in the US. Its homepage offers Australian data residency; we found no EU hosting statement and no language count. You can try a live demo in the browser on the homepage. Strong points: low fixed plans, a browser demo, outbound campaigns. Trade-offs: telephony on top, and no EU data statement. See the Trillet white-label alternative.
Vapi
Vapi is a developer platform. No platform fee is required: its calculator shows a hosting fee of $50 per 1,000 minutes, with transcription, model and voice billed at provider cost with no markup; optional Success Packages are $29 a month (Core) and a $999 a month minimum (Pro). Two organisations are included, then $20 each a month. Its pricing page has no white-label offer. Its EU region “is available only with the Premier Success Package”. Languages depend on the transcriber, model and voice you choose. You can start a call in the browser on its homepage. Strong points: control over every component, a browser demo. Trade-offs: you assemble and support everything, and the EU region needs the top package. See AInora vs Vapi.
VoiceAIWrapper
VoiceAIWrapper is a white-label layer over engines you pay for separately (Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs agents, Bolna, Ultravox). Growth is $79, Scale $249 and Pro $499 a month, with 5, 10 or 20 client accounts included and then $15, $12 or $10 per extra client a month; minutes are billed by your provider at its published rate, with no markup. Every plan has a custom domain and branding, and inbound and outbound calling. Its privacy policy says its servers are in the United States on AWS, with Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers. Languages depend on the engine you connect. There is a 7-day trial with sign-up. Strong points: the cheapest way to brand an engine you already run. Trade-offs: two bills, and every provider account is yours to manage. See AInora vs VoiceAIWrapper.
Younea
Younea offers its platform as a reseller model (a shared or subdomain setup) or a fully white-labelled platform on your own custom domain. It describes the platform as fully managed and hosted in the EU, for voice and chat agents on phone, website and WhatsApp, including outbound follow-up automations. Pricing is not published; it depends on the model you choose and is set on a call. We found no language count and no browser demo. Read on younea.ai on 10 October 2026; on 11 October the site refused our automated check. Strong points: EU hosting, managed delivery, your own domain. Trade-offs: no published price.
Which Type of Platform Fits Your Agency?
The twelve fall into three groups. The lines are not strict, and a vendor can sit in two.
- Self-serve white-label platforms (Autocalls, Famulor, Trillet, Stammer AI, HighLevel): a published monthly plan, your brand and domain, client sub-accounts and billing, and a builder where you create each client's agent. Lowest cost to start; the build, testing and client support are yours.
- Branding layers and developer platforms (VoiceAIWrapper, Vapi, Retell AI, Bland): the most control and the lowest per-minute entry, but you assemble the agent, and on the developer platforms the white-label portal comes from a separate layer or does not exist. Best for agencies with developers. The trade-off is set out in done-for-you versus DIY white-label AI voice.
- Managed platforms (AInora, Younea, and Synthflow at enterprise scale): the vendor builds and runs the agents behind your brand, and pricing is set on a call. Best for agencies that want to sell and own the client relationship rather than run a voice engineering team.
How Should an Agency Choose a White-Label Voice AI Platform?
- Hear it in your client's language first. Talk to each vendor's agent before you compare features. Four platforms here let you do it in the browser with no sign-up (AInora, Bland, Trillet, Vapi); three call your phone (Autocalls, Famulor, Retell AI). Ask what your client's callers would ask, in their language. Our guide on how to test an AI voice agent before you buy lists the checks.
- Price one client, not the plan. Add the platform fee spread over your clients, the minutes one client uses, numbers and telephony, and the hours you spend building and supporting the agent. A low plan fee with telephony on top or per-client fees can cost more than a higher all-in plan. The cost overview walks through the models.
- Ask where call data lives. If you sell to EU clients, their data protection officer will ask. Retell AI says it does not operate in the EU, VoiceAIWrapper's servers are in the US, and Vapi and Bland offer EU processing only on their top plans. Our EU white-label list covers this in depth.
- Check the white-label depth. Custom domain, client logins, your own billing, and no vendor name in emails, the dashboard or caller ID. A commission or referral programme is not a white-label product.
- Decide who builds and supports the agents. On a self-serve platform, every prompt change and every night-time fault is yours. On a managed platform, it is the vendor's, and you sell.
Agencies selling into German, Polish, Italian or Lithuanian markets can see per-language partner pages: German, Polish, Italian and Lithuanian. How the partnership works is on the partner program page.
How Did We Build This List?
We included platforms that agencies are offered when they ask AI assistants and search engines which white-label voice AI to resell in 2026, and that publish a white-label, reseller or agency offer, or are the developer platforms agencies most often build on. On 11 October 2026 we read each vendor's own pricing, white-label, partner and security pages and wrote down only what the vendor states; Younea's site was read on 10 October 2026. We did not request quotes or sign up for trials. The order after AInora is alphabetical. The list is not exhaustive: if you are a vendor and want a correction, write to info@ainora.lt.
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on how much an agency wants to build itself. For agents built and run for you under your own brand, with a GDPR DPA and 90+ languages, AInora is a managed option, priced individually after a call. Self-serve white-label platforms with published prices include Autocalls ($419 a month with 3,500 minutes, then $0.09 a minute), Trillet ($99 or $299 a month, $0.12 a minute plus telephony) and Famulor (€499 a month plus €0.15 a minute, plus VAT). VoiceAIWrapper ($79 to $499 a month) brands an engine you already pay for. Vapi, Retell AI and Bland are developer platforms without a white-label dashboard of their own. Prices checked on each vendor's site on 11 October 2026.
Published plans on 11 October 2026: VoiceAIWrapper $79, $249 or $499 a month plus your provider's minutes; Stammer AI $99 a month plus $0.11 to $0.17 a minute; Trillet $99 or $299 a month plus $0.12 a minute and telephony; Autocalls $249 or $419 a month plus $0.09 a minute; HighLevel $97 to $497 a month plus voice AI usage; Famulor €499 a month plus €0.15 a minute, plus VAT; Synthflow from $30,000 a year. Developer platforms charge per minute with no platform fee: Retell AI $0.07 to $0.31, Bland $0.14. AInora is priced individually, after a call.
From the vendors' own pages on 11 October 2026: AInora stores data on servers in Germany and Finland and processes calls in the EU and the US under the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses); Famulor lists EU and US data regions; Younea says it is hosted in the EU; Autocalls offers an EU routing option; Synthflow's docs list an EU cluster; Vapi offers an EU region only on its Premier package; Bland lists data residency on its Enterprise plan. Retell AI's docs say it does not currently operate services in the EU, and VoiceAIWrapper's privacy policy says its servers are in the United States. Ask any vendor for its DPA and subprocessor list before you resell.
Yes for some. On 11 October 2026 you could talk to an agent in the browser with no sign-up on AInora, Bland, Trillet and Vapi. Autocalls, Famulor and Retell AI offer a demo in which their AI calls your phone. HighLevel, Stammer AI and VoiceAIWrapper need a trial sign-up, and Synthflow offers recorded samples and a sales demo. Test in the language your clients' callers speak.
Not on their own. Vapi and Retell AI are developer platforms: their pricing pages, checked 11 October 2026, offer no white-label dashboard, and Retell AI's Partner Program is for agencies that build on Retell. Agencies that want their own brand on top of them use a branding layer such as VoiceAIWrapper, or choose a white-label platform instead.
AInora names all four among 90+ languages and switches language mid-call. Autocalls (100+ languages) and Famulor (120 voices) also list all four, and Retell AI publishes a language page for each. Bland publishes a count (40+) rather than a list, and on the developer platforms the languages depend on the providers you choose. Always test the specific language with a live demo before you sell it.
AInora is priced individually, after a call. Book a partnership call through the contact page and we scope it with you.
