AI Voice Revenue-Share and Partner Models Sell It Under Your Own Brand, We Build and Run It
Fronted by creators, coaches, podcasters, trainers.
You bring the audience and we run the product.
This page explains the partner models for selling voice AI under your own brand - revenue share, referral, reseller margin and done-for-you - and where AInora fits. You have the audience; we build and run the product, and you never touch a dashboard. AInora operates the engine, telephony, tuning and compliance. Sell it under your own brand; the commercial model is agreed individually with each partner.
Already run an agency and want to operate the platform yourself? That is the general partner program. This page is the creator-fronted, done-for-you version where the operating stays with us.

How Does AI-Voice Revenue-Share Work When the Vendor Operates It?
A revenue-share AI voice partnership is one way to sell a voice AI product you do not build yourself: the vendor builds and runs the product, you bring the audience and the brand, and the vendor pays you a share of what the product earns. Instead of buying a licence and operating a platform, you front the product and the vendor does the operating.
It is one of four partner models you will meet in this market. A referral or affiliate deal pays a commission for sending a lead, and then you are out of the loop. A reseller margin model lets you buy from the vendor and set your own price, so the spread is yours - but on a raw platform licence you also carry every client, every fix and every operating hour. A done-for-you arrangement keeps you fronted to your audience while the vendor builds and runs the product for you; which money model goes with it varies by vendor.
AInora is done-for-you: we build the agents and run everything underneath - the voice platform, the SIP telephony, the uptime, the tuning and the compliance. It is the same engine behind our white-label voice AI platform, packaged for creators. Sell it under your own brand; the commercial model is agreed individually with each partner. See the whole model on our done-for-you AI voice for creators page.
Why Done-for-You Beats a Dashboard You Have to Run
Done-for-you, not a dashboard
Many partner offers hand you a platform to operate - you learn it, staff it, and run every client yourself. AInora is done-for-you: we build the agents, run the servers, the voice stack and the telephony, tune and monitor the calls. You bring the audience and the brand. You never touch a dashboard.
Who does the work matters more than the label
Partner models differ on two things: who operates the product and how the money is arranged. Some platforms say you keep 100% of what you charge - because they do none of the operating; you carry every client, every fix, every late-night call. With AInora the operating stays with us. Sell it under your own brand; the commercial model is agreed individually with each partner.
Your brand, or co-branded
You have the audience; the product goes out under your own brand, or co-branded with AInora named as the engine partner, so your name is on the thing your community trusts. This is the co-branded AI voice agent model - white-label voice AI, fulfillment included - not a raw API you have to package and support before you can even sell it.
Data in Germany and Finland, AI-Act disclosure built in
Data is stored on servers in Germany and Finland. In the standard setup, calls are processed in the EU and the US under GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses). A full-EU setup is available on request. Every agent discloses that it is an AI in line with EU AI Act Article 50, which binds across the EU from 2 August 2026, so your audience gets a compliance posture you can actually point to.
Switches language mid-call
The agent follows a caller who changes language partway through the call. If your audience sells into mixed-language European markets, in-call multilingual is native depth you resell, not a bolt-on you have to apologise for.
We operate it, you front it
The partner-facing job is the audience, the trust and the offer. The operating job - uptime, prompt-engineering, tuning, telephony, compliance - stays with AInora. You put your name on a working, compliant service instead of building, hosting and babysitting a voice stack you would otherwise own end-to-end.
The Four Things No One Else Covers Together
| Axis | What most vendors do | What AInora does |
|---|---|---|
| Done-for-you vs DIY | Hand you a dashboard to operate yourself | We build AND run it - you never touch a dashboard |
| EU data / AI Act | Hosting location often unstated, AI disclosure left to you | Data stored in Germany and Finland, full-EU setup on request, AI Act Article 50 disclosure built in |
| In-call multilingual | A bolt-on, or one language per call | Switches language mid-call |
| Creator / partner model | "Keep 100%, but do all the work" licence | Creator-fronted, done-for-you; commercial model agreed individually with each partner |
Co-Branded (Shared-Brand) vs Private-Label: What's the Difference?
Co-branded (shared-brand) means the product goes out under a shared identity - your name your audience trusts, with AInora as the named engine partner behind it. It is the natural fit for a creator, coach or community leader who wants the credibility of a real engine while keeping their own face on the offer. This is the co-branded AI voice agent model - white-label voice AI, fulfillment included.
Private-label (full white-label) means AInora is invisible: your logo, your colours, your domain, and the engine never appears. That is the route agencies and resellers usually take when they want the product to look wholly theirs - covered on the white-label voice AI platform page.
The creator-fronted, done-for-you case usually fits co-branded best - a creator fronting the product to their audience while we operate it. A fully private-label build is available too; which one fits depends on your audience and how visible you want the engine to be. Either way, we build and run it and you never touch a dashboard.
How Much Can a Partner or Creator Earn From Reselling AI Voice?
It depends on your own price per client, how many clients you sign, how long they stay and what you agree with your vendor, so there is no single figure - and anyone quoting you a guaranteed number without knowing your audience is guessing. What is public is how some vendors structure their programs. For example, Newo.ai's partner program states revenue-share tiers of 20% (reseller), 35% and 50% (implementation and support partners) on its public partners page. These tiers were published in July 2026; as of 11 October 2026 the page no longer lists the percentages. Those are Newo's numbers, not AInora's.
Other vendors take the opposite route: you buy at their rate, bill your clients yourself and keep the spread. Either way the arithmetic is the same - your price per client, times the clients who stay, minus your agreed cost per client. We walk through it in how much a creator can earn reselling AI voice.
With AInora, the earning lever you control is your audience and your offer; the operating lever is ours. Sell it under your own brand; the commercial model is agreed individually with each partner, and AInora's price is set individually, after a call - no fabricated projection, no number until we understand what you are building.
This Program vs the General Partner Program
The partner program is the agency-general route: resellers, MSPs and consultants who want to run the platform themselves and operate their own clients. This page is the creator-fronted, done-for-you version - you bring an audience, we build and operate the product, and it goes out under your brand or co-branded.
Different buyer, different amount of work on your side; in both cases the commercial model is agreed individually with each partner. If you have an audience and no software - a creator, coach, podcaster or trainer - the done-for-you model here is the fit; start with done-for-you AI voice for creators to see the full picture.
