We scrub and prepare the list

Is this cold calling?
No. We only call your own past clients and the sphere already in your database, people who have an existing relationship with you. We do not buy lists and we do not call strangers. Anyone who has opted out is removed before any call is made.
Does the caller pretend to be a person?
No. The AI states clearly at the start of the call that it is an automated assistant calling on behalf of your office. Disclosure is built into every conversation. We never claim the caller is human.
Can it call expired or third-party seller leads I do not have a relationship with?
This service is built for your own database: past clients and the sphere already in your CRM with an existing relationship. We do not treat scraped or third-party expired-listing data as automatically callable. How is this different from your real estate AI receptionist?
The receptionist answers calls that come in to you, new inquiries and intake. This is outbound re-engagement: we reach out to the past clients and sphere who have gone quiet and book the conversation. They are separate jobs and most agencies eventually run both.
What happens to people who do not want to be called?
