Why Call Your Due-For-Service List?

The customers your records already flag as overdue are the easiest bookings you will ever make. The only reason they sit there is that nobody has time to call them.

How Does Service-Due Calling Work?

From your overdue list to filled bays, done for you.

Step 1

You pull your due-for-service list

Your DMS already knows who is overdue: last oil change six months ago, brake check coming up, an inspection due this quarter. We work from that list, your own customers and your own service intervals.

Step 2

We scrub and match it to your open slots

Opt-outs are removed first. Then we line the due-for-service list up against the weeks where your bays look thin, so the calls go out when you actually need the work.

Step 3

The AI calls and discloses it is AI

A natural voice calls each overdue customer, says clearly that it is an AI assistant from your shop, reminds them what is due, and offers a slot. It is a friendly reminder from a shop they already use, not a sales pitch.

Step 4

Your slow weeks fill up

When a customer says yes, the AI books them into your real open slots. Bookings, recordings, and outcomes flow back to your system, and the empty bays you were worried about turn into booked work.

What Work Does It Fill the Bays With?

Every overdue interval in your records is a booking waiting to happen.

Overdue oil changes and routine service

The bread-and-butter work that quietly slips. Customers mean to come in and forget. A short call with their next slot offered turns a forgotten interval into a booking.

Inspections and seasonal maintenance

Tire swaps, inspections, pre-winter checks. These are date-driven and predictable, which makes them perfect for a calendar-aware call that lands right before the customer needs it.

Filling thin weeks before they happen

You can see a slow week coming. Instead of waiting and hoping, pull the due-for-service list, call it, and book the work in before the bays go quiet.

Customers your reminders never reached

The automatic SMS and email reminders go out, and most get ignored. A real conversation that answers a question and offers a time does what a one-way notification cannot.

How We Keep It Warm and Above Board

  • We call only your own customers who are due for service and have an existing relationship with your shop. We never buy lists and never cold call.
  • The AI discloses that it is an AI at the start of every call.
  • Opt-outs and do-not-call entries are scrubbed before dialing and honored the instant a customer asks.
  • Every call is recorded and logged so you have a record of what was said.
  • An existing relationship does not by itself make every call permissible. We set the campaign up around opt-in-first practice and your own consent records, and you approve the script before launch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this cold calling?
No. We only call your own customers who are due or overdue for service based on your records and your service intervals. We do not buy lists and we do not call strangers. Anyone who has opted out is removed before any call is made.
Does the caller say it is an AI?
Yes. The AI states clearly at the start of the call that it is an automated assistant calling on behalf of your shop. We never claim the caller is a person. Disclosure is built into every conversation.
How is this different from win-back calling?
Win-back targets customers who have already gone quiet, often 9 to 18 months out. Service-due calling is earlier and more routine: it reaches customers who are coming up on or just past a service interval, before they drift away. Many shops run both. See our win-back page if you want to reach customers who have already lapsed.
How is this different from your inbound AI receptionist?
The inbound receptionist answers calls that come to you. This is outbound: we reach out to the customers who are due for service and invite them to book. See our auto service receptionist page for the inbound side. They are separate jobs that work well together.
Will it sound robotic and annoy my customers?
The voice is natural and conversational, and it is calling people who already use your shop about something genuinely useful to them, a service that is due. You approve the script before anything goes live, and every call is recorded so you can hear exactly what your customers heard.
Can it book into my scheduling system and respect my open slots?
Yes. The AI offers your real open service slots and writes the booking back to your calendar or shop management system, with a recording and outcome for each call. You can point the calls at the weeks where you most need the work.

Fill This Week Before It Goes Quiet

The overdue list is already in your DMS. Let us call them, warmly and openly, and turn your slow weeks into booked work.
