Is this cold calling?
No. We only call your own past service customers, people who already came to your shop and whose details you hold with an existing relationship. We do not buy lists and we do not call strangers. Anyone who has opted out is removed before any call is made.
Does the caller pretend to be a person?
No. The AI states clearly at the start of the call that it is an automated assistant calling on behalf of your shop. Disclosure is built into every conversation. We never claim the caller is human.
How is this different from your inbound AI receptionist for auto shops?

What happens to customers who do not want to be called?
