AInora
For Course Creators · Scheduled Live Sessions Only · Disclosed AI

Filling your live masterclass, and working the list once it is over.

You run the masterclass. We increase your show up rate and your post-webinar sales, with our AI voice and SMS system. It texts every registrant who opted in, calls before the session to get a concrete plan out of them, and works the attendees and the no-shows while your cart is still open. It says it is an AI in the first seconds, it never discusses your price, and the selling stays with a human.

Before you read any further, the disqualifier: this is built for sessions that have a date and a time. If you run evergreen or just-in-time, the next section explains exactly why it does not fit, in enough detail that you can stop reading and get your afternoon back.

We Say So On The Page

Does This Work for an Evergreen or Just-in-Time Funnel?

No. Evergreen is a different product, not a variant of this one, and we have not built it. We are putting that at the top rather than the bottom because a course creator who leaves this page assuming it fits and discovers otherwise three weeks later is a worse outcome for both of us than one who self-selects out in ninety seconds. When we asked an evergreen operator whether they would leave a page like this assuming it did not apply to them, the answer was yes - and that they would not email to ask.

The reason is timing, and it is structural rather than fixable with configuration. Here is what actually breaks, in order.

The part of the systemOn a scheduled live sessionOn a just-in-time evergreen funnel
When the pre-session call can be placedHours or days after registration, comfortably before the sessionThere is no window. A large share of registrants pick a session starting within minutes
What the call asks forA concrete plan: when they will join, on what device, from whereNothing to plan. They are joining now, or they are not
Confirming the seatA real event with a real time that goes in a calendarNobody diarised anything and no seat is scarce. Confirmation is meaningless
Calling during the sessionNever happens - the call landed before it startedIt is what a naive implementation would do, and it pulls someone out of the presentation you paid for
What the funnel actually needs insteadNot applicableA re-entry mechanic: get them watching now, or into the next session. We have not built that
The offer deadline the follow-up is keyed toOne campaign-wide close everyone sharesA separate clock per person. Real engineering, and not included
Volume shapeA burst: one list, one window, one calling periodA continuous trickle, all day, every day - different infrastructure

The one part that can survive, and the condition on it

If you run evergreen sessions but your cart still closes on a single campaign-wide date, the post-session half of the work can still apply - there is a list, a deadline and a reason to answer the phone. If instead every registrant has their own individual expiry, that is a different build and it is not something we ship today. Ask us directly on the call and you will get a yes or a no rather than a maybe. The pre-session call is out either way.

What Is Webinar Attendance Work for a Course Creator?

It is the job of having an individual conversation with every person who registered for your live masterclass - before it, so that more of them turn up, and after it, so that the list gets worked before your cart closes. Not a broadcast, not another reminder in the ladder. A question the registrant has to answer, and a record of what they said.

This is the course-creator version of our AI webinar attendance system. The mechanism is the same; what is different here is the funnel shape it assumes, which is why the boundary above comes first. Four conditions have to hold.

1

You announce a session for a date and a time

A launch masterclass, a weekly live workshop, a challenge day, a live training that people put in a calendar. There is a gap of hours or days between someone registering and the session starting, and that gap is where every part of this system lives.

2

People register in advance and leave a phone number

The number is on your registration form and the form says, in words, that you may contact them by phone and text about the session. If it does not say that yet, we tell you before we quote anything - it is the first thing we check and it is not fine print.

3

There is an offer with a window that closes

A cart, a bonus deadline, a price that goes up, an application that shuts. The post-webinar half of the work is only worth buying if there is a reason for a registrant to answer the phone before Friday.

4

You sell something worth a human conversation

The AI does not sell. It confirms, it asks why they signed up, and where the next step is a real conversation it books one with a person. If your product is a $47 tripwire that closes itself on the page, the arithmetic will not work and we will say so.

If all four hold, the second half of the work is usually the part worth buying first, because it is the part nobody finishes by hand. The arithmetic behind that - list size against call length against the hours a person actually has inside a cart window - is worked through in full on post-webinar follow-up calls, and it needs no benchmark and no client result to be checkable. Redo it with your own numbers.

What Is a Normal Show Up Rate for a Course Creator?

Lower than the figure you were quoted, and there is far less evidence behind any of it than the confident tone of most webinar marketing content suggests. The only course-creator-specific numbers published anywhere come from a single practitioner: 25% live and 38% evergreen, with the note that below 20% on a live session usually points at the sequence between registration and event day rather than at the content.

Two things about that source, because you should weigh it honestly. It discloses no sample size and no method - it is a practitioner writing about their own book of work, and it is US and English-language. And note which of the two numbers is higher: the evergreen figure. We are not going to pretend we can improve the one we just told you we do not serve.

21-34%
The band the structurally comparable published sources converge on. A planning assumption, never a target, and no source anywhere segments by traffic source

The two vendor reports inside that band, so you can check them rather than take our word: a syndicated webinar network published 34% registration-to-live in 2021 - the same report also prints 36% on its benchmark page and 33% in its prose, so we use the chart figure and tell you about the other two. And a 2025 B2B report across 19,531 webinars and 418 brands headlines 33% while publishing an average of 238 registrants against 51 attendees, which is 21% if you divide the totals instead of averaging the ratios. The 50% and 60% figures that circulate measure enterprise marketers emailing their own house list. That is not your funnel, and putting your masterclass next to it is how people end up fixing the wrong thing.

Which Conversion Number Applies to You: 1-4% or 10-20%?

Both circulate in this market and they are constantly mistaken for each other. They are not an optimistic and a pessimistic view of one number - they count different events, one funnel step apart. Decide first whether you sell on the webinar or whether the webinar sells a call, then read only the matching figure and ignore the other one completely.

Both come from the same single practitioner source as the show up rates above, with the same disclosure: no sample size, no method, US and English-language, and a separate note that cold traffic converts typically 30 to 50 percent lower across the board.

Why there is no calculator on this page

Because a calculator that does not ask which model you run produces nonsense for half its visitors, and a calculator that quietly assumes the flattering conversion rate is the most dishonest object a page like this can contain. If you want the arithmetic done against your own numbers, bring them to the call and we will do it in front of you - including the version where the answer is that this is not worth buying yet.

What Stops It Sounding Like the Marketing You Sell Against?

Two things, and the first one is what the whole system is built on. It asks rather than nudges. The strongest randomised evidence on getting someone to turn up to a thing comes from voter turnout, and it separates the two cleanly: a call that helped a person work out when they would go, how they would get there and what they would be doing right before moved behaviour. A call that simply encouraged them did not.

The second is scope. It never discusses your price, never invents a guarantee, never handles a money objection, and never claims a result. You approve the script word for word and every change to it afterwards. That is what keeps it on the right side of the line for a brand whose whole position is being calm and not hyped - a single message with the wrong energy does more damage to you than to anyone else in this market.

What travels with those numbers

The 4.1 points is the treated-only estimate, so it describes registrants we actually reach rather than your whole list; the callers were live humans; and the setting was the 2008 US presidential election, N = 287,228. Whether a disclosed AI reproduces the effect has never been published and we do not assert the transfer as proven. The two Cochrane figures measure healthcare appointment attendance rather than webinars - we use them because they are the best-designed evidence that exists, not because a clinic visit is a masterclass. And the honest reading of the second one is that it works against us: in the best head-to-head available, a call did not beat a text.

There is one more finding we would rather publish than hide. The best pooled evidence on two-way text messaging against ordinary care found no improvement in attendance at all - a risk ratio of 1.03, 95% CI 0.95 to 1.12, across 5 trials in a 2022 review whose trials were all set in Sub-Saharan Africa, and which reports both 6,627 and 4,374 participants for that same analysis. So we attach no performance number to the text leg of what we do. It is there because a conversation you can answer is different from a notification you swipe away, not because we can show you that it lifts anything.

What Do You Get That Is Not a Show Up Rate?

Every registrant's own words about what they were hoping to solve. Because the system asks rather than announces, each launch produces a document: hundreds of stated reasons, in the language your market actually uses, grouped so you can see what keeps coming up. It is the one thing your ad spend never buys you - clicks and a form field are not sentences.

For a course creator it compounds in a way it does not for anyone else, because the same sentences feed the sales page, the module you should be leading with, the objection your emails are not answering, and the angle for the next round of ads. It also survives a bad week: a no-show who told you why they registered is still worth something, and nothing else in the funnel produces that.

Free text, not a dropdown

What people say when nobody gave them a menu of options you wrote. Your registration form structurally cannot capture it, because a form is a menu.

Per launch, not per year

It arrives with each run, so you can watch the objection set move between one masterclass and the next rather than guessing from last year's survey.

It does not depend on an integration

No webhook, no platform API, no timing guarantee. This is the output we would lead with even if every other part of the system were unavailable.

What Does This Not Do?

Longer than the promises section, deliberately. The bar this category has to clear is that most AI outbound tools are described by the people who receive them as spam with a better interface, and the only way to clear it in writing is to publish the limits before the pitch.

Evergreen and just-in-time are a different product

Not a setting, not a variant, not something we can configure around. When the median gap between registering and the session starting is measured in minutes, there is nowhere for a pre-session call to sit and nothing to commit to - the seat is not scarce and the session is not an event. We have not built the re-entry mechanic that funnel actually needs, and we would rather you read that here than find out on a call.

Per-person deadline logic is not something we ship

If every registrant has their own individual expiry clock rather than one campaign-wide cart close, the post-session sequence has to be keyed to each contact's own deadline. That is a real engineering difference. Ask us about it directly rather than assuming it is included, because it is not.

We have never done this for a course creator

This offer has zero closed clients, in any segment. There is no course-creator case study on this page because there is not one to publish. Live-launch case studies from a different industry would be worth nothing to you anyway - the only proof that means anything is a holdout on your own list, which is what we propose instead.

There is no bad call recording to play you

You should ask every vendor for one, unedited, including the call that went wrong. We do not have one, because there is no live client campaign that produced it. What we can do is put the voice on the phone with you now and go through the script line by line.

It cannot fix cold traffic

The only practitioner source that publishes course-creator conversion figures also says cold traffic converts typically 30 to 50 percent lower across the board. Calling a cold list does not warm it up. If the traffic is the problem, this is the wrong purchase.

It cannot beat the replay

The most common stated reason people skip a live session, in the operator communities we read, is that a recording is coming - not that they forgot. No call out-argues that. The one structural counter we found in the research is to run the session as a working session people have to be present for, rather than a lecture.

We will not promise you a show up rate

No number on this page is a promise and none will appear in a proposal. There is no published show-rate benchmark segmented by traffic source anywhere, so a guaranteed rate for your paid traffic is a number nobody has.

We do not know how your list will react

Disclosure is our position because buyers demand it and because it is the law from August 2026. But we found no published account of how anyone feels about receiving a disclosed AI call. It is untested rather than established, and saying so is more useful to you than telling you people do not mind.

We do not sell calling people who left mid-session

Almost no webinar platform publishes a dependable real-time leave event, and the one that comes closest is not reliable enough to build a promise on. Any vendor selling you a call triggered seconds after someone closes the tab is describing something they cannot ship. We check the roster at pitch time and work the gap instead.

Which Rules Apply When You Call Your Own Registrants?

Which jurisdiction this describes

Everything below describes European Union and United Kingdom rules. If your registrants are in the United States, a different body of telemarketing law governs those calls and it is not what this page describes. Course-creator lists are usually spread across several countries at once, so tell us where yours actually sits and we will tell you which rules apply per market before anything is scoped. This is general information, not legal advice.

The load-bearing point sits upstream of the campaign: registering for a free masterclass is not, by itself, consent to be called about the course. Article 13(1) of the ePrivacy Directive permits automated calling systems for direct marketing only in respect of subscribers or users who have given their prior consent. Prior means before the call, so it has to be captured on the registration form. We read your form before quoting the work and tell you if it does not authorise what you want to run.

Every call opens by saying it is an AI, because Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires that people be informed they are interacting with an AI system and becomes applicable on 2 August 2026. An objection stops every channel at once, because GDPR Article 21(3) is absolute on direct marketing. Calling windows are set against the registrant's own local time rather than yours or the session's, which matters more for a course creator than for anyone else, because your list is rarely in one time zone.

Where the detail lives

The detail lives on two pages: what your webinar registration form has to say and the country-by-country picture across the EU and UK. There is also a gate consent cannot open: some countries regulate which number an automated campaign may originate from regardless of permission, and we tell you where it is shut for your markets before you buy. On your registrant data we act as your processor under an Article 28 agreement; you stay the controller and you keep the data if you leave.

Are You Sure You Want This Page and Not One of These?

Course creators land here wanting several different things, and this page only sells one of them: getting registrants into your own scheduled live session and working that list afterwards. If you came for one of the others, the right page is below and it will save you a call.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most of it does not, and we would rather say that in the first screen than in the fourth email. The pre-session call has nowhere to sit when the median gap between registration and the session is minutes - by the time a call could be placed, the session has started, and calling someone during the presentation you paid to get them into is actively harmful. The confirmation logic is also meaningless: nobody put a just-in-time session in a calendar, so there is nothing to confirm and no seat to lose. What can survive is the post-session half, if and only if your expiry logic is campaign-wide rather than per person. If your deadlines are individual, that is engineering we have not built. Ask us directly and we will give you a straight yes or no.
The only course-creator-specific figures published anywhere come from one practitioner, who puts the live baseline at 25% and evergreen at 38%, and says that below 20% on a live webinar is a signal that the sequence between registration and event day is underperforming. That source discloses no sample size and no method - it is a practitioner writing about their own book of work, and it is US and English-language. It happens to sit inside the 21% to 34% band that the structurally comparable vendor reports converge on, which is why we use that band as a planning assumption. It is not a benchmark and it is not a target. If you want a number that describes your funnel, you have to measure your own list.
Whichever one matches the sales model you actually run, and they are not competing estimates of the same thing. For a high ticket offer at $2,000 to $5,000 and above, the same practitioner source puts a direct sale straight off the webinar at 1-4%, and attendee to booked call at 10-20%. Those count different events one funnel step apart: one is a purchase, the other is an agreement to talk to a person. If you sell on the webinar, the first row is yours. If the webinar sells the call and a closer sells the offer, the second is. Putting them side by side as though you had to pick the optimistic one is the most common modelling error in this market, and it is why there is no calculator on this page.
That is the right question if you built the business specifically so that no person has to be awake for it to work, and it is the one we would want answered too. Two-way conversation generates inbound: replies, callbacks, and questions the assistant cannot answer. The design decision that matters is where those land. The assistant has a hard fallback rather than an improvisation - when it does not know, it says so and flags it rather than free-styling about your price or your refund policy. What you should pin down before signing anything is the absolute number of escalations per month at your registrant volume, and who handles them. If the answer is that they get routed to you in a chat channel, you have just hired yourself for a job. Ask the question in those words.
Yes, in the first seconds, before anything else. It is our position and it is the law: Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires that people be informed they are interacting with an AI system, and it becomes applicable across the EU on 2 August 2026. For a brand built on being calm and not hyped, this matters more than it does for anyone else - the fastest way to become the thing you sell against is to be caught with a bot that pretended to be a person. Nobody is insulted by an assistant. Everybody is insulted by a fake friend. What we will not tell you is that recipients do not mind, because nobody has published anything that establishes it.
Your price, your guarantee, your refund policy, any claim about results, and anything about the content of the course that you have not written down and approved. It confirms the session, asks why the person registered, listens, and books a conversation with a human where booking is the right next step. You approve every line of the script before launch and every change afterwards, and you can stop a campaign yourself. That scope is deliberate rather than a limitation we are apologising for: it removes the largest legal exposure and the largest trust objection at the same time.
Yes, and it is the way we would rather start - split the registrant list down the middle, run the system on one half, compare show up rate and revenue per registrant on both. Two warnings before you design it. First, a 50/50 split reads far faster than a 90/10 one. Second, and less flattering to us: detecting the size of lift the published evidence actually supports needs several thousand registrants split evenly, so one webinar of 400 to 600 people can only prove a very large jump. We published the full sample-size arithmetic rather than hiding it, because a test you cannot read is worse than no test.
A just-in-time funnel where nearly everyone registers minutes before the session. Per-person expiry deadlines with no campaign-wide close. A registration form that never asked for permission to call. Cold traffic that has not been fixed yet. A product cheap enough that a human conversation cannot pay for itself. And a list small enough that you could work it yourself in an afternoon - if the hours already add up for you, buying capacity you do not need is not a good trade, and we will say so on the call rather than after the invoice.
